Within Pakistan: 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation.

Free shipping on orders above PKR 15,000 within Pakistan. Standard delivery charges apply on smaller orders

Orders above PKR 30,000 require full advance payment — cash on delivery is not available on these orders.

Bank deposit orders are held for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that window, the order is automatically cancelled and inventory is released.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and has the original tags attached. Customers cover return shipping for exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for verified product defects only. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 working days; approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Custom-sized pieces, altered pieces, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
