How long does shipping take?
Within Pakistan: 7 to 10 working days. International: 3 to 4 weeks.

Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, within Pakistan, for orders up to PKR 30,000. Orders above that amount require advance payment.

What's the difference between Embroidered Suits and Heavy Embroidered Patch Suits?
Embroidered Suits have lighter, daytime-wearable embroidery on cotton, lawn, or raw silk bases. Heavy Embroidered Patch Suits feature dense thread work, hand-applied patch panels, and zardozi or dabka detail — built for engagement-party-level occasions.

Are the pieces stitched or unstitched?
Both options are available on most pieces. Unstitched pieces include the fabric and embroidered panels; stitching is available at an additional charge with a 7-to-10-day turnaround.

Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Email us or whatsapp with your measurements before placing the order. Custom-sized pieces are non-returnable.

Care & maintenance

How do I care for embroidered pieces?
Dry clean only. For heavy patch suits, store flat with tissue between the folds to protect the embroidery.

Will the colours fade?
We use colour-fast fabrics and threads, but direct sunlight and harsh detergents will affect any embroidered piece over time. Dry cleaning helps.

Can I return or exchange?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn pieces. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
